Prefer not to visit a branch? With our online exchange you operate via bank transfer (domestic CHF or SEPA EUR) with no transaction fees:

  • amounts from CHF 500 to 4,999 per transaction (above that, contact a branch);
  • rate locked for 24 hours from confirmation;

Do I need an ID to exchange currency?

At the counter, paying cash, you can exchange up to CHF 5,000 cumulated over 30 days without formal identification; above that threshold an ID is required by law (AMLA). Online exchange always requires an identity document, for any amount.
